  • We provide a Fixed Price Proposal with a price guarantee for the work specified. Many of our competitors use a Cost Plus Proposal because it allows them to bid low. They know that once they start they have the right to increase the price of your renovation for virtually any reason. Frankly, we can’t understand why any homeowner would accept a Cost Plus Proposal and take that risk.
