The Construction Consultation: 

When you sit down with one of us at Canadian Renovations, you don’t have to be completely decided about what you want to do for home renovations. Whether you are remodelling or creating an addition — together — we will review what you hope to accomplish. We will collaborate ideas, offer suggestions, economical alternatives, and sound advice on the best strategy for improving your home. Ideally one that makes your dreams come true — and fits within your budget.

If you want a remodelled bathroom, an updated snazzy kitchen, a new addition to add space to your house, or even help with bedroom redesign; let Canadian Renovations put our talent to work for your project.  

You may need drawings for the project, or you may not. We work on the details, so you can relax while your vision become reality.   

The Design:

After we discuss your needs, we will accept the assignment and combine our ideas with your goals to create layouts for your project. 

Once you have decided upon a layout style, we will create a professional Auto-CAD drawing and — depending on the scope of work needed — submit it to the City for approval. The blueprint will serve as the foundation for our collaborative vision of the project.

The Details:

This is where we organize a detailed list of everything that will go into your home addition project. We then create an appropriate budget that meets your needs.  

The Building:

Our construction coordinators organize the subcontracted workers and make sure that the materials ordered are of the highest quality. Our production is done by clever teaming of skilled designers, builders and craftsmen.  Throughout the entire process we will communicate frequently with any questions or concerns that arise in regarding to the paint colors, positions of cabinets, locations of plumbing fixtures, and color/style of paving stones etc. 

After the home remodeling job is near completion, we will walk through the home with you, just to ensure the results are to your satisfaction. And we won’t be done until they are.
