Feeling Like New
Sometimes the end result seems more like a new build than a renovation. The Braun’s 30-year-old, two-story home got a stellar new contemporary West Coast Design look.
By replacing 50 percent of the roof, and incorporating six dormers and trusses, we created nearly 400 SF of attic space, including a drop-down ladder addition for easy access.
